6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

Praying Air Fresheners is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Carrier-related damages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Verify the shipping address

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  4. File a carrier claim if applicable

We may assist customers in locating shipments when reasonably possible but cannot guarantee carrier resolutions.

8. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photographs of:

    • The damaged product

    • Packaging materials

    • Shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent replacement review.

Approved claims may qualify for:

may qualify for reshipment after payment of additional shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

12. PREORDERS & BACKORDER ITEMS

Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.

13. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE DELAYS

Praying Air Fresheners shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by:
